The hotel had complimentary drinks and snacks, a lovely touch. It really surprised US! All necessary toiletries were readily available in the lobby. I found the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided to guests of high quality. I also appreciated the proximity of the hotel to the bus terminal.
The breakfast area is small. IT is more of a corner than a restaurant. The sound insulation was not ideal. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The staff demonstrated really good willingness to help. A staff member assisted us with purchasing train tickets. I am grateful for such kindness. The staff ensured our luggage was in our room upon arrival.

The staff provided really good care, especially helpful for foreign visitors. They offered luggage storage. This was greatly appreciated. I found the front desk staff very lovely.
My room did not get much natural light. It looked out onto another building. The lobby was also quite small. It felt crowded at times.

The service was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, they all spoke very good english. Checkin was smooth and efficient. I was able to leave my luggage. It was delivered to the room.

The room was quite compact. i booked a hollywood twin room and found the bathroom particularly small. i also noticed the breakfast area lacked sufficient seating. It became crowded during peak hours. locating a free table was challenging, and this affected my overall experience of the morning meal. the hotel needs to address this.

The room lacked a luggage rack, a problem when traveling with bags, also the window could not be opened. This. I found it rather inconvenient.

the location was super convenient, close to the station!!! i loved that they held our luggage before our stay. the staff were amazing and friendly. i really liked the modern and clean facilities this hotel offered. it's a major plus for travelers.
The room was a bit small for three people. It felt a little crowded. two people would probably fit more comfortably though.
